Regina Tuchinsky is a Partner and head of the family law practice at Rabinovich Sokolov Law Group. Regina’s passion for family law started early. By her third year of law school she had already mediated dozens of custody agreements and represented clients in proceedings before the court. Regina focuses her family law practice primarily on divorce, equitable distribution, pre and post nuptial agreements, custody, child/spousal support, and Protection from Abuse matters.
Regina has previously worked for a Philadelphia Common Pleas Judge, a public agency and in private practice, all of which has given her an intimate knowledge of family law issues from all perspectives. Her time with the Philadelphia Public Defenders Office – Child Advocacy unit allows her to fully appreciate the impacts that family disputes have on children, and she works zealously in representing her clients and securing resolutions that are in the best interests of children.
Whenever she is asked why she chose family law, Regina replies that she feels privileged that people are comfortable sharing the intimate details of their personal lives with her. She is honored that her clients trust her to advocate for them throughout some of the most challenging times in their lives.
Regina graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration from George Washington University in 2009, applying her studies to the complex financial issues within family law. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2013, having received the Temple’s Law Faculty Scholarship, Morris H. Goldman Scholarship in Law, and the Barrister’s Award for Trial Advocacy. She was also co-founder of the Family Law Society and served as its Treasurer during her time there. Regina is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association.
