In March of 2017, we successfully settled and received payment on our client’s behalf against the City of Philadelphia. The City took a vacant property from our client by eminent domain and offered our client less than $10,000 for it. After several court appearances, we were able to get our client more than 10 times what the city initially offered our client for the same property before we entered our appearance. The city was also responsible for paying our client’s attorney’s fees.
