In May of 2015, after a full bench trial, we received judgment in favor of our client, Plaintiff, for a private nuisance action in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. The Defendant, a marina, had been docking distressed boats near our client’s condominium building. The judge entered judgment ordering Defendant to permanently move the visibly distressed boats away from Plaintiff’s condominium building, forbidding any such future conduct, as well as a money judgment in favor of our client.
