Erik Taskin

Biography

Erik Taskin specializes in business and real estate law, positioning himself as a trusted advisor to individuals and owners and key leadership within closely held businesses engaged in diverse commercial and real estate transactions. With a comprehensive understanding of the legal requirements across various business scenarios, Erik offers strategic counsel to minimize risk and achieve objectives specific to a client’s needs.

Erik’s practice extends to advising business owners on a wide spectrum of transactional matters, encompassing business formation, the creation of governance documents, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder/member/partnership agreements, resolution of ownership disputes, negotiation of commercial agreements, joint venture agreements, employment contracts, asset purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents related to business and real estate law. Erik diligently guides clients through these processes seamlessly.

Prior to joining Rabinovich Sokolov Law Group, Erik honed his skills in suburban law firms located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Erik has garnered valuable experience across a broad spectrum of litigation, employment and real estate legal services.

Erik holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.

Outside of work, Erik finds joy in supporting his favorite Philadelphia sports teams and watching Formula One racing. A sports enthusiast, he also enjoys playing golf and pickleball. However, Erik’s true passion lies in spending quality time with his family, cherishing those members that bring balance to his life.
