Biography

A seventh-generation Philadelphian, Attorney Quincy E. Booth has a tremendous amount of care and resolve towards helping people from the local community and beyond in need of legal help and representation. Mr. Booth is committed to protecting the interests of individuals that have been injured or suffered a loss, and as a champion for people’s rights and a professional dedicated to service, he has prided himself on being an honorable advocate. After graduating from Drexel University, Mr. Booth spent five years in corporate America in the telecommunications industry at a Fortune 10 company and enjoyed great success and visibility as a top business developer. Despite his achievements as a consultative sales professional, Mr. Booth had an unrelenting desire to establish a career dedicated to serving and guiding people navigating an often-complex legal terrain. As someone that always strived to be a mentor, an educator, and serve as a shepherd for those in need of zealous representation and guidance, becoming a lawyer was the perfect fit for Mr. Booth.

Quincy E. Booth is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts where he maintains active memberships with the Barristers, American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court.

In 2020, Mr. Booth was selected to the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40” for Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation, National Trial Lawyers “Top 25” for Products Liability lawyers, and National Black Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40.” Mr. Booth was most recently selected by Thompson Reuters’ “Super Lawyers” to the 2021 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania receive this distinction.

Mr. Booth attended University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was involved with several student organizations as well as social organizations geared to helping underserved and underrepresented neighborhoods, including the Black Law Students Association and Community Empowerment and Action Agency. In 2014 he was chosen to be a Fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy program where law students taught high school students about important constitutional issues and trained their students on oral advocacy in preparation for a national moot court competition in Washington, D.C. malpractice. He is also passionate in representing Estate clients with their family affairs either before an end-of-life event or after losing a loved one. Mr. Booth has secured millions of dollars in settlements and awards on behalf of his personal injury clients and has ushered countless families through the estate planning and administration process.
