Jason Rabinovich

Biography

Jason Rabinovich is the founder and managing partner of RS Law Group. He focuses his practice on real estate law, business law, and commercial litigation, with particular expertise in complex real estate transactions, commercial leasing, property disputes, business formation, partnership agreements, and contract disputes. Jason serves as outside counsel to a wide range of companies, from local start-ups to national businesses, and has extensive experience in both real estate transactions and litigation, as well as general business matters and commercial litigation.

Jason has secured multi-million dollar judgments and significant settlements for clients and is known for his results-oriented approach in high-stakes negotiations and litigation. He regularly serves as outside counsel to various companies and is frequently asked to present at continuing legal education (CLE) seminars and real estate industry panels. He also serves as an expert witness in real estate litigation and as a Judge Pro Tempore and Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, as well as a mediator for The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors.

Recognized for his professional excellence, Jason has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016–2024 and a Super Lawyer in 2025, honors awarded to a small percentage of attorneys. He has also been recognized by the American Society of Legal Advocates (Top 40 Under 40 in Litigation), The American Academy of Trial Attorneys (Premier 100 trial attorneys in Pennsylvania), The National Trial Lawyers (Top 40 Under 40), The Philadelphia Business Journal (Top 40 Under 40 in law, 2020–2024), Law.com (Top Business Lawyers in the Country), and as a PhillyFavorites winner for business law in 2025. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, as well as the Federal and Bankruptcy Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the Southern District of Florida.

In addition to his legal practice, Jason is a highly regarded real estate broker licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland. He manages a team of more than ten licensed agents and his team has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top producing teams in Pennsylvania from 2020–2025. He has been named a “Top Real Estate Producer” by Philadelphia Magazine, a “Power Player” by Philly Style Magazine, and was a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Platinum and Diamond Awards from Berkshire Hathaway for ranking in the top 0.5% of the network for sales nationwide.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Jason attended Taylor Allderdice High School, earned his degree in Finance with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University – Smeal College of Business, and went on to attend George Mason University School of Law.

Jason is an active member of the Union League of Philadelphia and enjoys spending time down the shore with his family. Jason is fluent in English and Russian.
