Biography

Tommy Flynn is a senior associate at RS Law Group and focuses on real estate and commercial litigation. Tommy is practiced in complex contractual disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and complex real estate transactions. As a real estate investor himself, Tommy is particularly valuable at representing clients in negotiating and preparing real estate agreements, loan agreements, and management contracts.

Tommy grew up in Northern Virginia. He attended Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland where he played Division 1 baseball. After realizing he couldn’t hit a curveball, Tommy decided to pursue law and graduated from the Antonin Scalia Law School at the University of George Mason.

Prior to joining RS Law Group, Tommy was an associate at the Wicks Group, PLLC in Washington, DC, where he advised clients on regulatory compliance matters. He is a member of the Virginia and Pennsylvania bars.
